Overview
Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few authentic cellars in Alsace, dating from 1870, with about twenty hundred-year-old oak foudres each having a capacity of 10,000L still used for the winemaking of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, manufactured in 1897 for the Paris World’s Fair (1900). This barrel is still used today. Immersive experience with projections on oak thunderbolts - UNIQUE in France. Maison works in organic farming. Children are welcome during the visit, it is suitable for all. Warm and friendly welcome in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route. Experience rewarded with the highest distinctions of French wine tourism: Alsace Tourism Trophy 2021 and Atout france Wine Tourism Trophy 2022.
