Immersive Christmas cellar tour and tasting of Alsace wines
Operated by Vins Zeyssolff - Au Péché Vigneron
Overview
Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some century-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for everyone. A piece of Alsatian gingerbread is gifted to you, and you'll leave with a bottle of home-made mulled wine! Most of our wines are organic certified.
What’s included
- Kougelhopf (typical Alsatian brioche)
- Tasting of 5 Alsace wines from the Winery and a small bottle of mulled wine to take away.
- A piece of Alsatian gingerbread
