French pastry is well known around the world and we can find many beautiful and delicious boutiques in France specialized in pastry. This experience will be based on croissants. We will teach you how to make the laminated dough "pâte feuilletée levée" which bakers use to make France's famous breakfast pastries. We will use a special coloring to make this experience more magic for kids. Do you know the difference between viennoiseries and french pastry?...come and discover the hidden history of this magnificent dessert.
