Enjoy a caviar guided-tour of a sturgeon fish-farm and have a caviar tasting at the Estate, in Neuvic, Dordogne. At the end of the tour we prupose an unusual experience, you can tring to catch a sturgeon into the visitor pool (only 4 volunteers). The guide teach you. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 min and is followed by the tasting. During the tasting, you will be able to try 2 different caviar Baeri and Oscietra, caviar butter, and sturgeon rillettes made at the Estate you just visited. Those dishes are served with a glass of sparkling wine.
