Discover the terroir of Rivesaltes with Nicolas, former cellar master and passionate Guide. In a small group of up to 8 people, this half-day tour takes you to the heart of one of Roussillon's vineyards. You cross the Roussillon plain from Domaine Boudau, a Certified Organic Family Winery. The Pyrenees and the Mediterranean frame the landscape. Nicolas Guides you through the vineyards and explains how the soil, the Mediterranean climate and the local grape varieties shape each wine. In the wine cellar, you will discover the key stages of production: fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels, blending. The tour ends with a guided tasting of the wines of the estate: dry white and red wines, and the famous Natural Sweet Wines of Rivesaltes, among the most remarkable in France. This experience is aimed at both wine lovers and beginners.
