Overview
Located on the banks of River Seine, this former railway station has the largest collection of Impressionist paintings in the world. Its permanent exhibition, one of the most important in Paris, is essential for art history lovers. On this guided tour you will see masterpieces such as Édouard Manet's Olympia, Millet's Angelus, Van Gogh's Self-Portrait and the Ball at the Galette de Renoir Mill, among others. During your tour you will also know some paintings from the collection that marked a milestone in the History of Art: The Lunch on Grass, by Manet , the controversial Origin of the World by Courbet and the famous dancers by Degas. Please note that, for organizational reasons, the order of the tables described in the itinerary may vary. Also, you may see some canvases instead of others. At the end of the guided tour, you will be able to continue to tour those rooms that you liked the most.
