Point of Sale shopping and food tasting in the Loire Valley

Overview

In a friendly atmosphere, I will take you for a walk in our iconic Thursday morning Point of Sale. Meeting place of the inhabitants, I will explain all the products offered (cheese, cold cuts, breads, local seasonal products, etc...) and you will be able to buy all the products of your choice (at your expense). We will decide together on several small bites that we will prepare together in the kitchen. Before returning we will go through the famous Jacquin cheese factory to introduce you to the cheeses of our region and buy a Selles-sur-Cher PDO. My house is 150 yards from the Point of Sale Square. In the kitchen we will prepare bites that are simple to make but very attractive on the plate. We will end the morning with a tasting of the bites made and the products you have purchased as well as the discovery of our iconic goat cheese, all accompanied by a glass of local wine for a complete culinary experience.
