Notre-Dame Guided Tour and Macarons at a Parisian Patisserie

Overview

Discover the magic of Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris through a complete guided experience that takes in both its breathtaking exterior and newly reopened interior. This tour blends the history of Île de la Cité with the cathedral's iconic façade and awe-inspiring interior. Starting on the Parvis, your expert guide unpacks the stories behind the sculpted portals, the Gallery of Kings, and Gothic masterstrokes like the flying buttresses. Step inside to explore a vast interior where soaring vaulted ceilings and luminous stained glass windows bring centuries of history to life, and observe the remarkable restoration that followed the 2019 fire. Talking isn't allowed inside the cathedral, so your guide's commentary pauses until you come back out. After the tour, sweeten your morning with a classic Parisian macaron tasting at a charming local bakery nearby. Enjoy delicate shells and silky fillings, compare flavours and let the history settle in over one of Paris's most famous treats.
