Your guide, a local, will lead you through the hidden gems of the historical quarter, sharing numerous anecdotes along the way. Admire Saint Sacerdos gothic cathedral, the geese square, a mysterious monument called "Lanterne des morts", La Boetie birth house and the old ramparts. Conclude your tour with a tasting at the farmers market (wednesday & saturday) or at local producers shops. Example according to availability : goose foie gras, rillettes, delicatessen, variety of cheeses, and walnut cake. Sip on a glass of walnut wine, the local aperitif, as you savor the flavors of the region.
