Next, join Solène the brewer to learn the process and technique involved in brewing your own craft beer from organic high-quality French malt and hops, and water from Antibes. You also get to taste the different beers crafted at the brewery, from refreshing IPAs and blondes to more robust stouts. Enjoy your beers paired with local cheese and charcuterie. B06 beer can only be found at luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants and is a real treat. During your 2.5 hour craft brewing workshop, you will also learn about why Sophie bottles her beer in aluminum.
